lively area with cafes and malls.
The first day was all about exploring the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC
Park, and Suria Mall.
At night, the view from the SkyBar facing the Twin Towers was absolutely stunning — perfect spot for photos!
Tips:
- Book Petronas Tower tickets online early.
- Use Grab App for quick travel inside the city.
Day 2: Batu Caves & Kuala Lumpur Highlights
Next morning, I took a short ride to Batu Caves, one of Malaysia’s most famous Hindu temples. The colorful staircase and giant Murugan statue are breathtaking.
Later, I visited Merdeka Square, KL Tower, and the Central Market — a perfect place for souvenirs and local snacks.
Evening Plan:
Try Malaysian street food at Jalan Alor Night Market — satay, nasi
lemak, and ice kacang are must-tries!
Day 3: Fly to Langkawi – Beaches & Sky Bridge
I took an early morning flight to Langkawi,
known for its tropical beaches and laid-back vibe.
After checking in, I headed to the Langkawi Sky Bridge — one of the
coolest spots for panoramic views of the island.
Later, I relaxed at Pantai Cenang Beach and enjoyed a peaceful evening with some coconut water by the sea.
Day 4: Island Hopping Adventure
This day was all about fun and
adventure!
I joined a Langkawi Island Hopping Tour, visiting Pulau Dayang
Bunting (Lake of the Pregnant Maiden) and Beras Basah Island.
Water sports like banana boating and
jet skiing made it even more exciting.
In the evening, I enjoyed seafood dinner at a beachfront restaurant — fresh
grilled fish and prawns were heavenly!
Day 5: Penang – Street Art & Heritage Vibes
I took a ferry to Penang,
another gem of Malaysia known for its art and culture.
In George Town, the street art murals are everywhere — perfect for
photos and Instagram lovers.
Exploring Chew Jetty and Khoo Kongsi Clan House gave me a glimpse of Penang’s Chinese heritage.
Day 6: Penang Temples & Local Food Trail
I started the day visiting the Kek
Lok Si Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Southeast Asia.
Then I joined a Penang food tour, tasting Char Kway Teow, Laksa,
and Cendol — truly unforgettable flavors.
Evening:
Walked along Gurney Drive, enjoyed the sunset, and shopped for souvenirs
before heading back to the hotel.
Day 7: Shopping & Departure
On the last day, I flew back to Kuala Lumpur and spent some time shopping at Pavilion Mall and Berjaya Times Square before my flight back home.
I picked up some Malaysian coffee, keychains, and traditional Batik as souvenirs.
