Tips to Save Money on Kedarnath Trip
· Book train/flight tickets at least 2 months in advance.
· Prefer GMVN guesthouses for affordable and safe stays.
· Trekking is budget-friendly if you are fit.
· Carry dry snacks and water bottles from Haridwar/Guptkashi.
· Avoid peak season (May–June), costs are higher.
Conclusion
The Kedarnath trip budget from Mumbai depends on your travel style. If you go by train and trek, you can complete the yatra in just ₹7,000–₹10,000 per person. If you prefer flights and helicopter services, the cost can go up to ₹25,000–₹30,000.
As Deepak, I would suggest – go for the train + trek option if you want the real Kedarnath yatra experience and also want to save money.
May Lord Shiva bless your journey
